L.A. Al Fresco

Launched in February 2024, the L.A. Al Fresco Program has created a new, streamlined process for restaurants to obtain approvals for outdoor dining on private property, sidewalks, and in the streets adjacent to their establishments.

L.A. is Open for Business is a one-stop collection of all the different levels of customer service Los Angeles Departments provide to businesses. From call centers to in-person meetings, you can find the best way to speak with qualified staff to quickly open or expand your business.

ProcureLA provides free services and resources on how to contract and connects vendor networks with major private and public industry stakeholders in the City of Los Angeles.

Business Concierge Service

Not sure where to start or go next? The Mayor’s Office of Business and Economic Development has established a Business Concierge Service to assist business owners in navigating City resources and useful services. 

Get Certified

All individuals or entities conducting business activities within the City of Los Angeles are required to apply for and obtain a Business Tax Registration Certificate with the City of Los Angeles, Office of Finance.
